User Instructions Impregnating Cotton tent with Canvas & Cotton Protector

  1. Make sure that your tent is thoroughly clean.
  2. Spray Canvas & Cotton Protector generously and evenly on the dry canvas. Use a plant sprayer, brush or spray.
  3. Also spray on the inside! By impregnating the inside, fungus and weather stains are less likely to attach to the fabric.
  4. Immediately remove the impregnating agent from windows, caravan etc. Use a wet cloth.
  5. Allow the tent to dry well. Repeat the treatment if necessary.
  6. Is there still some impregnating agent on the windows? No problem! Simply remove with a little white spirits. Then clean the windows with Ultramar Sprayhood & Tent Shampoo.

Tips

  • First set up the tent. You then slightly open the tent canvas. This way you can fill the tiny holes well.
  • Canvas & Cotton Protector can initially leave a white haze or white spots. This is surplus impregnating agent. Do not remove this, it will disappear by itself.

Protect the delicate tent canvas. Use a strong cotton impregnating agent.
