Instructions for use: impregnate Trailer tent with Canvas & Cotton Protector
- Make sure that the tent canvas is clean and dry. If necessary, first clean. See: User Instructions Cleaning Trailer Tent.
- First set up the tent. You then slightly open the tent canvas. This way you can impregnate it better.
- Spray Canvas & Cotton Protector generously and evenly on the dry canvas. Use a plant sprayer or spray.
- A paint roller or brush may also be used, as long as the canvas is really saturated. The canvas must be thoroughly wet.
- Also treat the inside of the tent. This gives you better protection against fungus and weather stains on the inside.
- Now allow the boat cover to dry well.
- Do not allow Canvas & Cotton Protector to dry on windows or caravan etc., but immediately remove with a damp cloth.
- Allow the tent canvas to dry well. Repeat the treatment if necessary.
White haze
Canvas & Cotton Protector can initially leave a white haze or white spots. This is surplus impregnating agent. You do not have to rinse this off, the haze will disappear by itself after a short while.
